Zero customer service and many emails…
Zero customer service and many emails back and forth looking for information and many weeks later finally calling to ascertain if the product was in her possession and after her telling me she would keep a note to contact me when she had the item was in.

Replacement scales
Scales unfortunately broke after having had them a couple of years. So having got in touch with Carmella (Beurer customer services) and gone through all the troubleshooting, they're now sending out a replacement scales of the newer model at no cost. Efficient and helpful, with minimal inconvenience and stress. Thank you very much again Carmella and the Beurer CS team :-)

Great customer service and product
We adore our Beurer heated blanket and when my dog chewed our charger cable we really missed it. Luckily their customer service sent out a replacement at a decent cost. Great service from the customer service team who were quick and efficient.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service!
I had an issue with my massage gun, which is 2 years old. I contacted customer services and they arranged to inspect it. On inspection they offered to send me a replacement free of charge as the warranty was still valid. Would recommend.

Amazing customer service
I bought a blanket a year ago a d it was working fine but when I started getting trouble, the company were brilliant and they communicated very promptly. They fixed my issue with no worries. Highly recommend the company and the blanket is amazing 👏.

Ho acquistato circa 4 anni fa uno scaldasonno UB86XXL matrimoniale non funziona più un interruttore S1-UB14F stamani ho chiamato Beurer a Milano e mi hanno risposto che se avevo lo scontrino me lo avrebbero sostituito in garanzia alla mia richiesta di acquistarlo in sostituzione mi è tanto risposto che non è non è merce di ricambio. È una cosa assurda in quanto lo scaldasonno è funzionante. Non riesco a comprendere la loro politica in questo modo perderanno i clienti. Maurizio Campi

I’m very pleased with Beurer’s customer service
I’m very pleased with Beurer’s customer service. After using my TS15 heated blanket for over a year, it stopped warming up. The support team was quick to respond, explained the safety features clearly, and offered to send me a replacement blanket without requiring me to return the faulty one. It’s rare to experience such helpful and generous service. Highly recommended!

Brilliant customer service! I got a reply within half an hour and it was so helpful. Really clear, comprehensive instructions for how to process a return for a Beurer product bought on Amazon. I think this is the fastest and most helpful reply I have ever received from customer service!
